Salam once again...

Ramadhan have been really smooth sailing for me....mayb not working full time has it perks..

Asyraf and Imran, u both have to work harder at Winning Eleven!

Anyway, I have some tips for Ramadhan..

  • Don't take sweet drinks during sahur, it'll make u thirsty during the day
  • Eat lite, chew more, dun gorge on the food and swallow it in big pieces, it'll make u bloated.
  • Drink more fluids during sahur.
  • Always start ur breakfast(buke) with Kurma, as it helps trigger the digestive system to start working again.
  • If u really wanna lose wait, eat bubur 4 breakfast and nothing else.
Some Ramadhan Facts.
  • Don't worry too much about ur bad breath. Ur stomachs doing a major cleanup of the toxins in ur body so its inevitable. But it'll get better aFTER 7 days.
  • Ur bad breath is also a signal to TALK lesser!!
  • Ramadhan in the older days is known as the Hottest month. Lucky us its pretty cool in Singapore.
To all out there, Ramadhan is a challenge. So if ur up to it, regardless of race, language or religion, why not try it?! Then u'll know what the muslims are going thru this month...!!
