Wednesday, June 4, 2008 Hey hey!! Its been a long time since I blogged and it feels damn good to be back blogging!! Those 'nagging' on the tagboard did play a part...hehe!!! Anyway, its nearly 3am now and I have officially completed all 4 essays that I am supposed to hand up by Monday. AlhamduliLLAH. thank you ALLAH. my mind is definitely buzzing with all the psychological terms and i better get it off my mind before i start speaking PSYCHOLOGY!! haha.... okok..the reason I have been laying off for awhile was because of a GINORMOUS wedding extravaganza that happened last weekend. And its very normal for Indian Muslim weddings to last a week....Maklumla kene rewang... By the way the wedding was a 2-in-1 where both my eldest cousin, Hamzah and his sister, Nadira got married on the same day....It was really cool and kecoh... Being best man was quite an experience and you know the best souveniour a best man got???? The grooms sweaty tissue!!!!hahaha... I wish both bride and groom, HAmzah n Zeenat, Fajar Mazdyan n Nadira a successful marriage. May you take all the steps together, cry together, laugh together but most importantly is to love each other because that will see you thru the stormiest sea and the darkest weather. WEDDINGS...I sort of imagined myself being on that stage smiling my ass off, taking pics and changing clothes.. but thats the nice side of weddings. Weddings are just weddings. The real deal is the marriage. Its true that the feeling of getting married is great, like u hav achieved something.. But then the real roller-coaster ride begins... The non-stop bills, the occasional fights, the jealousy of seeing other more successful marriages and of course the babies!!Gosh...i wish all married couples good luck, especially for now that the inflation rate is ridiculously high... So what's your thought?? Will u get married and take on the responsibilty??? or will you be contented to be a YSL??young, single and loaded... both has its pros and cons....do comment...=)) And yes, i'll be off to a resort in BATAM from Saturday to Monday...Its my time to enjoy the sand, food and sea!!! I cant wait to jetski...hehe...till the next post!! *Barrack Obama have won the democratic elections. Hopefully, as he promised, changes will happen..especially in IRAQ. Our muslim bros and sis are suffering... |
