I have to admit, Ramadhan towards the end is definitely getting hotter...Mencabar keimanan gitu...haha

Anyway, I have a simple recipe to beat the heat...Try it out, its refreshing..
Banana Milkshake with Kurma...

U need:
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Spoonful Yoghurt
  • 2 Teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 2-3 cups milk
  • 2-3 Dates/Kurma
  • Blender!
Heres how..
Simply put all the ingredients into the blender and blend it of course for your final product which is the Banana Milkshake!
The Amount stated above makes about 2-3 cups.(depending on the size) and is quite feeling so u wont eat much once drinking it...

just for info, too much yoghurt makes the milkshake thick.
Sugar is not necessary at all since there are Dates and BAnanas (both with natural sweetness)
And dont forget to take the seeds out of the Dates before blending it!!

So pretty much, its a healthy cum delicious drink!
Try it to believe it..
