Trash It Out

Monday, May 12, 2008

Alrite...Been quite awhile eversince i even sat in front of a comp/lappy. Home desktop went KAPUT...So i aint have internet access and ape2 yang sewaktu dengannye..

So far soo good for me. the usual daily activities... Moving on,I have a worry and i want to let it out...
Here goes....

I take the train everyday without fail since im schooling or working. I sort of realise nowadays that the amount of elderly people are increasing and its scaring me rite now. I know that one day, if ALLAH prolongs my life, i will like that. Skin wrinkled, slower reaction and heavy breathing. lets face it, have we ever thought that one day, we might not be able to run anymore? that one day, we might be too feeble to carry our own bags? that one day we might be unable to hear what the person beside us is saying?

I am officially not ready for old age.

I can just imagine myself standing in the train with no one giving up their seats and I have to hold on the pole as if my life depends on it. thats y its good to give up your seat to those in need. Because karma does happen rite? Anyway, its scary isnt it?
Look at us now, we are in our teens, our fittest part of our lives.our brainiest part of our lives, our rebellious part of our lives. Just stop, take a minute of your time and think.

Think if we are going to stay this way for all our life. Think that one day, we will grow old, lose our beauty, lose our flexibilty, agility, sight, smell and hearing. Are we not afraid?

It goes back to basics really about prayers and fasting. Our youth is the best solution to doing all those without feeling tired pain or stress. WE can just walk to the nearby mosque without the need of wheelchairs or the help of people. WE can just pray without feeling pain in the joints and muscles. WE can still fast for a month without it feeling like a death sentence.

WE have youth on our side. Use it wisely and widely before it runs out.

*Your youthfullness is your time. The older u get, the lesser time you have. Don't waste it!
